These aren’t hypothetical numbers.
They’re real results from Equita Financial Network members who stopped building alone.

50% average savings on operational expenses
→ Because coordinated systems cost less than piecing together five different vendors

100+ hours saved annually
→ Because compliance, billing, and IT support don’t have to consume your weekends

52% year-over-year revenue growth
→ Because when operations run smoothly, you can focus on what really scales your firm: client relationships and business development

When you remove the operational bottlenecks, everything shifts.

Second marriages don’t come with a money manual 💸

You’re blending two different financial histories, two sets of habits, and sometimes obligations from a previous relationship, all while trying to build something new together.

Bridget here 👋 I wrote about how blended families can navigate this, from having the first money conversation to deciding whether a joint account makes sense for your household.

Bridget joined host Suzanne Siracuse on the Focused on the Future podcast to talk about what it actually means to build a practice around breadwinner women, and what makes Financial Planning for Women’s approach different.

They covered:
- How Bridget’s own unconventional career path shaped her mission
- What it means to genuinely center a firm around breadwinner women
- Building a Rising Professionals program for the next generation
- Why succession planning has to reflect your values, not just your revenue (and how Equita Financial Network helps with just that)

If you’re a breadwinner woman, or you know one who’s thinking about her financial future, this conversation is worth 30 minutes of your time.

Bridget here 👋 It was an honor to be quoted in Bankrate recently, talking about homebuying in America.

Today’s housing market is especially tough for young people who feel the pressure to buy.

My reminder? Saving for retirement doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

For years, the story about women-led advisory firms was defined by what we supposedly “lack.”

New research is rewriting that narrative, and proving what we already knew 😉

Women-led firms don’t scale differently and often scale better.

“You don’t have to fire-sale the business you spent years building.”

Bridget Venus Grimes joined host Diana Britton on The Healthy Advisor podcast to talk about the moment her Equita community became a true lifeline, not just a network.

When EquitaFN co-founder Katie had to step away from her financial planning firm for most of last year to care for her husband through a cancer diagnosis, the question loomed: what happens to the firm?

In support groups, Katie had met women forced to sell everything because they had no other choice. But she didn’t have to because of EquitaFN.

Bridget and Katie never built the EFN community with a moment like that in mind, but the fact that it could carry someone through one is exactly why community matters.

If you’re a breadwinner woman, or an advisor who’s been going it alone, this conversation is definitely worth tuning into.
