PLEASE BE ADVISED: Landlord Business Registration Forms Coming Soon
“The BIR is currently involved in administrative preparations to ensure readiness for implementation of the Landlord Business Surcharge - a new tax introduced in the 2025/2026 National Budget.
As indicated in the National Budget 2026, all landlords are now required to register with the BIR. Landlords now have up to May 30 to get registered, following an extension of the timeframe from an earlier deadline of March 31st.
