As we approach the end of Q2, we took a step back as a team to reflect on The Dash: the small line between our beginning and ending, and how we choose to spend it.

This meeting was also a reminder of the Black Coffee Theory.

But many of us add things that slow us down, like fear, excuses, distractions and overthinking.
