As we ventured further into Lijiang, each moment became an opportunity to explore, learn, and connect more deeply with our surroundings.
The next few days were filled with adventure and discovery.
From ascending Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to 4,506 metres — with the glacier in clear view — to immersing ourselves in the rich traditions of the Naxi culture through hands-on experiences.

A journey of both achievement and learning, where culture lives on through practice and preservation.

Yunnan is home to 25 of China’s 56 recognised ethnic groups.
This year, PIAS celebrates our 25th anniversary — a meaningful coincidence.
On 8 May 2026, 110 of our Financial Adviser Representatives arrived in Lijiang for the PIAS 2026 Convention.

We began with a welcome dinner, where our CEO, Mr Ronnie Ng lit the ceremonial fire to kickstart the convention — followed by cultural dances, toasts, and a celebratory spread.
To our advisers and providers — thank you for being part of this journey. There is more to come.

To mark the opening of our new office at SGX Centre 2, we presented our partners and providers with a simple parcel—
a pot, soil, and a packet of unlabeled seeds.

A new chapter begins for PIAS 🌱

We are excited to announce that the management of Professional Investment Advisory Services Pte Ltd (PIAS) has acquired the company from Singapore Life Limited (Singlife), through the purchase of all shares in its holding company, Professional Advisory Holdings Limited (PAH).

Approved by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the transition took effect on 1 May 2026 and was mutually agreed between both parties. Singlife continues as a key product provider and partner.

👉 For our valued clients, nothing changes in the way we serve you: your PIAS representative, your servicing arrangements, and our day-to-day operations all continue as usual.

Looking ahead, PIAS will continue to expand its ecosystem of providers and partners across savings, protection and investment solutions. As Singaporeans live longer and navigate an increasingly complex financial landscape, we are well positioned to walk alongside our clients throughout their financial planning journey.
