Kids have a talent at copying their parents. If you don’t want them to argue, don’t argue in front of them! If you want them to eat their greens, eat those greens yourself! Be a good role model!

Tip #1 for picky eaters:
I found out that bringing kids to the supermarket is an exciting adventure for them! Great way to expand their energy, and at the same time educate them about food. Give them some options and share with them how the food they picked will be cooked into yummy dinner!

An interesting read published by Business Times. There are some factors as to why this is happening, and LIA is reviewing the standard illustration rates for par policies of 3.25 and 4.75 per cent, to "ensure their relevance and appropriateness''.
