Position: Account Executive
Salary: $2500-$3000

Job responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and management accounts for clients in compliance with local accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain organized financial records.
• Prepare tax computation and filing tax return.
• Prepare and file statutory documents with relevant authorities (e.g., ACRA filings).
• Maintain and update company registers and statutory records.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for Annual General Meetings (AGM) and board resolutions.
• Support other administrative functions within the firm.
• Assist in client communications, including emails and calls, to address accounting and secretarial inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, tax, or corporate secretarial roles (experience in an accounting firm is preferred).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, Xero) and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Singapore tax laws and ACRA compliance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-oriented attitude.
