During the meeting, the Synergy family gathered face to face — advisors from across the company connecting, sharing ideas, and rallying around one goal: bringing better service to the people we look after

We also took time to celebrate our wins. A heartfelt congratulations to our Director, Agnes Lim, on qualifying for MDRT 2027 🎉 — a true reflection of the dedication and care she brings to every client she serves.

There was good news on the business front, too. We've built a new system integration with Income Insurance — the latest addition to a growing pool — giving our advisors a smoother, more seamless way of working, along with system updates that let us focus on what we love most: serving our clients.

Then we swapped the stage for the dinner table. 🍤 Over great food and even better company, we relaxed, connected, and celebrated together as one branch family.

Because Pitstop is more than a checkpoint — it's where we pause, take stock, and celebrate how far we've come together.
