AlShayeb Auditing & Accountancy Co. is seeking a qualified, motivated, and high-performing professional to join our Audit and Assurance Department in Bethlehem.

Position: Semi-Senior / Senior Auditor
Location: Bethlehem, Palestine
Application Deadline: July 31, 2026

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing audit engagements, assessing internal controls and risks, reviewing financial statements and accounting records, supervising junior team members, and communicating audit findings and recommendations to clients and management.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least four years of progressive auditing or senior accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, auditing, accounting, and related regulations
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
• Ability to access Jerusalem when required
• CPA certification, Jerusalem ID, valid driving licence, Hebrew language skills, and experience with audit technologies or data analytics are considered advantages
