Good News!!!

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has just released Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 46-2026, giving us some welcome breathing room for tax compliance!

To accommodate taxpayers and ensure a smooth filing process, the deadline for the electronic submission of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and its attachments through the eAFS portal has been officially extended to May 25, 2026.

While the extension gives us a few more days to double-check everything, we highly recommend uploading your documents as soon as they are ready to avoid any potential last-minute system slowdowns.
