As announced by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and formalized under RMC No. 30-2026 by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the deadline for filing the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) has been officially extended to May 15, 2026.

The extension also applies to the submission of required attachments. Taxpayers filing within the extended period will not incur any surcharges or penalties.

Please be guided accordingly and ensure timely compliance.
