Ka Uruora has a 1-bedroom apartment available at Te Piringa mai ki Te Aro in central Wellington. This is a quality, refurbished inner-city home – earthquake strengthened and close to the CBD, Cuba Street, waterfront, and Te Papa.

Rent is based on your income, and eligible iwi members may qualify for a rental rebate of 10–30%. A Ka Uruora navigator will support you through the whole process.

Sign a fixed-term lease of twelve months or more and receive two weeks free rent.

Exciting news for Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa whānau!

Ka Uruora is proud to introduce Rungapiko, currently under construction on Weymouth Street, Ngāmotu. Offering 12 affordable rental apartments exclusively for registered members of Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa.

Eligible households could receive up to 30% off market rent, with weekly rents starting from $500 to $510 before the rebate.

Even better, this pathway has been designed with the future in mind, providing the opportunity to progress into Progressive Home Ownership when your whānau is ready.

Rungapiko offers modern two bedroom apartments, with select whare enjoying beautiful views of both the maunga and the moana.

To be eligible, you must:

Mana Ahuriri Holdings LP and Hāpai Housing have come together to create Te Raranga Hāpai o Mana Ahuriri, a kaupapa focused on growing skills and create meaningful mahi opportunities for whānau in Te Matau-a-Māui. This initiative is supported by Ka Uruora and TW Group.

As part of this kaupapa, we’re offering two fully paid civil construction and infrastructure cadetships for rangatahi registered with Mana Ahuriri. Rangatahi will work alongside our housing development partners, TW Group, on housing projects we are building together across Te Matau-a-Māui.
