Reading through recent client feedback, we’ve noticed consistent themes: clear communication, a personable approach, genuine care, and friendliness.
These reflect the core values we’ve built Flintoffs around, so it’s incredibly encouraging to see them recognised. It reminds us why we do what we do.

Did you know Flintoffs has been around for over 30 years! The most exciting thing about this is that some of our clients have been with us since the day we began - and others like Denise at Singleton Signs aren't far off that.
"We’ve had the pleasure of working with Jackie and the wonderful team at Flintoffs Chartered Accountants for the past 24 years. We are grateful for the support and expertise they’ve provided us over the years and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and expert accounting support"

📢 April Employment Changes – What This Means for Your Business
From 1 April, we’re seeing increases to:
• Minimum wage - from $23.50 to $23.95
• ACC earners’ levy - from 1.67% to 1.75%
• KiwiSaver employer contributions - from 3% to 3.5% (and then 4% in April 2028)
Individually, the changes aren’t huge but combined, they increase the overall cost of employing staff.
Now’s a good time to:
✅ Review your wage budget for the new financial year
✅ Check pricing and margins
✅ Look at salary relativity across your team and the wider market
✅ Update your cashflow forecasts
Our role as your business advisor is to help you understand what it means for your business.
💡 If you’d like to run through the numbers or sense-check your wage budget for the year ahead, let’s talk.
