- Network & Email Administration: Maintain firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, and user email accounts.
- System & User Management: Oversee hardware setups, software updates, and secure access controls.
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and keep our operations secure and backed up.

🎓 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
- BSc in Computer Science or IT/Systems with 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Networking (VPNs, firewalls).
- Pluses: CompTIA Network+, Cisco (CCNA), or Microsoft certifications.

Bien que le passage progressif à 65 ans de l'âge d'éligibilité à la Basic Retirement Pension (BRP) apporte un soulagement budgétaire visible aux caisses de l'État, Clensy souligne qu'une réforme efficace doit impérativement concilier la viabilité financière à long terme et une véritable justice sociale.

« Il serait à la fois imprudent et économiquement contre-productif de revenir à l'universalité de la BRP à 60 ans [...] Cependant, plusieurs ajustements sont indispensables pour rendre cette réforme politiquement viable et socialement juste. »
