Vacancy for : Full time Accounts Officer
Job descriptions :
- Accounting and Audit support including preparation & filing of invoices and other related documents
- Assist in accounts preparation
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of payrolls on behalf of clients
- Computation of Quarterly / Monthly VAT returns
- Filling of CSG,PAYE, TDS and vat returns
- Preparation of employee contracts
- Assist in tax enquiries raised by MRA
- Assist in application of loans / leases on behalf of clients
- Other accounting work as assigned from time to time
Required skills and experiences:
- HSC with Accounts and Mathematics or at least Level 1 ACCA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proactive and dynamic with a can-do attitude
- Good organizational skills and possess excellent attention to detail
- Proficient skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information.
Salary Package
- Salary will depend on qualification and experience.
