Yesterday, the MIA hosted the second session with the Malta Business Registry - MBR as part of its “Meet the Regulator” series.

The session provided participants with valuable legal and operational updates from the MBR, including proposed legislative amendments such as mandatory Malta nexus requirements, together with practical updates on digital initiatives including the Malta Business Wallet.

The session also included a structured FAQs session and an interactive discussion, giving participants the opportunity to raise practical questions, share feedback and engage directly with the regulator on matters relevant to practitioners.
