Section 18 of the Accountancy Profession Act requires firms auditing public interest entities to publish an Annual Transparent Report.
This Section was implemented in the Accountancy Profession Act in 2008 to conform to the Statutory Audit Directive adopted by the EU in 2006.
As the firm audits the statutory financial statements of a public interest entity the Annual Transparency Reports for 2024 is being herein published to comply with the said article.
