Last Friday, we celebrated World day for Cultural Diversity and Dialogue with one of our favourite traditions: The Culture Quiz ✅

With 48% of our workforce coming from international backgrounds, the questions covered every nationality in our team, making it a fun way to learn, connect, and celebrate what makes us different.

Because inclusion starts with understanding each other and we’re committed to keeping that conversation going 🙌

We were pleased to welcome students from St Thomas More to our offices for a session held in collaboration with The Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA) 🤝

During the session, students gained valuable first‑hand insight into the accounting profession through open conversations with our people across different service lines, exploring real career paths, day‑to‑day responsibilities and personal experiences 💬

The feedback from students was truly rewarding. The session was described as educational, engaging and very interesting, with many highlighting how helpful it was to hear directly from our speakers and learn how the profession can shape their future.

We are proud to share a recent milestone achieved 𝗯𝘆 𝟭𝟬 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀, who graduated across a range of disciplines last month.

Their journey has been one of dedication, resilience, and continuous growth, balancing academic commitments while contributing to our firm. Many of them began their journey with Grant Thornton Malta as interns, and it has been incredibly rewarding to see their development into the professionals they are today ✨
