The Accountant General has announced the issuance of €300 million, with an over-allotment option up to €200 million of Malta Government Stocks, which are being offered and made available as follows:

1. 3.80% Malta Government Stock 2036 (IV);
2. 4.25% Malta Government Stock 2046 (II).

The fixed price for each of the two Stocks offered under the Non-Competitive element shall be established and published on Thursday, 23rd July 2026 after the close of business of the secondary market of the Malta Stock Exchange.

Atlas Investment Services Limited dates back to 1996, when it obtained an Investment Services Licence from the Malta Financial Services Centre (now the MFSA). It has in the main focused on high net worth individuals offering various investment services while also acting as a member firm of the Malta Stock Exchange.

Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited was set up in 2002 and was issued with a Category 2 Investment Services license by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Over the years, the company offered a comprehensive range of financial products and services designed to meet the various needs of its personal, corporate and institutional clients. As part of its growth strategy, the company acquired the client base of a leading local financial services provider in 2007.

Atlas JMFS Investment Services Limited was formed on the 23rd July 2010, following an agreement to merge made the previous year between the boards of directors of Atlas Investment Services Limited and Jesmond Mizzi Financial Services Limited.

In October 2012, as part of its continuous evolution, the company re-branded itself in under a new name - Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors – while still remaining a member of the Atlas Group.
