2) ຈໍາແນກຄວາມແຕກຕ່າງລະຫວ່າງການຕັ້ງໜີ້, ຄັງແຮ ແລະ ການຄາດຄະເນອື່ນໆ.

LCPAA Hosts Online Training on Accruals, Provisions, and AI in Accounting
On March 27, 2026, the Lao Chamber of Professional Accountants and Auditors (LCPAA) successfully conducted a half-day online training workshop titled:
“Closing the Gap: Accruals, Provisions, and the Application of AI in Accounting.”
The session was delivered by Mr. Sonexay Silaphet, President of LCPAA, who also presided over the opening ceremony.

In alignment with current guidance on energy conservation and travel reduction—amid ongoing global uncertainties—LCPAA continues to demonstrate its commitment to professional development by leveraging digital platforms. The training was therefore conducted via Google Meet, ensuring broad accessibility while maintaining high-quality learning engagement.

The workshop aimed to:
• Strengthen participants’ understanding of accruals, provisions, and accounting estimates under international standards
• Explore the practical integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern accounting workflows
• Provide Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for accountants across business entities, organizations, and institutions
