I am in the UK this week and by all measures today is cold, grey, damp and miserable. BUT, I put my kit on…weighted vest (HIGHLY recommend if you don’t have one) with waterproof over the top, good podcast on the earphones and I went out. And boy, weather is such a mindset thing! Because once you are out, and in the right clothes (nothing worse than damp jeans after all) it’s so invigorating. I feel amazing!
And of course, I know, I live most of the year on a tropical island so it’s easy for me to say. Part of the joy is that it’s NOT hot….some of you will get that.
But wherever you are, get outside. That’s where the magic happens.
