What better way to end the day than with a hike through the Dublin Mountains?
Our first hike of 2026 saw colleagues come together to explore the Dublin Mountains, taking in incredible views and enjoying plenty of fresh air along the way.
Starting from Stepaside Graveyard, the route offered spectacular scenery before we finished with a well-deserved visit to The Blue Light Pub.
A brilliant evening organised by our Social Committee and a great reminder of the value of stepping away from the desk and connecting with colleagues.

Supporting local communities is at the heart of Crowe Cares Day.
On 31 July, teams across the Crowe Global network will take part in initiatives that give back to the communities where they live and work. In Ireland, we're proud to take part in a staff-led food collection drive in aid of Tiglin.
Tiglin supports people affected by homelessness, addiction and social exclusion through outreach services, supported housing, rehabilitation programmes, education opportunities and family support.
Our colleagues will be collecting non-perishable food items to help support Tiglin's frontline services and the important work they carry out every day.

We were delighted to attend the .global EMEA Tax & Legal Meeting in Prague, joining colleagues from across the Crowe network to share insights, strengthen connections, and explore the trends shaping the future of tax and legal services.
From the practical applications of AI and emerging technologies to discussions on cross-service line collaboration and international opportunities, the event highlighted the power of working as one to deliver greater value for clients.
Beyond the sessions, some of the most valuable takeaways came from connecting with colleagues, exchanging ideas, and building relationships that will support even stronger collaboration across the network.
The conference theme, "All In", was evident throughout, reflecting a shared commitment to being progressive, responsive, and collaborative in delivering the best outcomes for our
clients.

Employees may also choose to suspend contributions rather than opt out.

Last week, colleagues from across the firm gathered on the terrace of our office in Dublin for our annual Summer BBQ.
We were lucky to have fantastic weather, making it the perfect setting to relax, catch up, and enjoy some great food and drinks. It's always great to step away from our desks, enjoy each other's company, and strengthen the connections that make Crowe a great place to work.
Here's to a great summer and more opportunities to come together as a team!
