Did you know the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has extended the Tax Amnesty window to 31st December 2022?
Where a person on or before 31st December 2022 submit returns of all undisclosed liabilities up to 31st December 2020 and pays the necessary taxes, the Commissioner General shall not recover the assessed penalty and interest on the liabilities.
What this means is that the penalty and interest that accumulates as a result of the non-filing and non-payment of your taxes, will not be paid.
