With the announcement that Corporation Tax is to increase to 25% for larger companies, it’s really important to be on top of your books, and be as tax efficient as possible to ensure you don’t get caught out with a large unexpected bill..
For smaller companies. The Corporation Tax rate will remain at 19% for business profits up to £50,000, but will have a tapered increase to a main rate of 25% for profits over £250,000 from April 2023.
