And you, who is seeking a time-out. For whatever reason. Looking for some calm, reconnecting with nature, standing on a crossroad in your life or needing some recovery. This is YOUR retreat. You take wjats good for your mind & soul.

ℹWhat?:
Discover the last European wilderness in a slow and authentic way.

5 days, including:

° Traditional finnish sauna
° Private Farmstay at a lake in nature
accomodations. 300km north the Arctic circle
° Arctic Lake Baths & Breathwork in one of the
cleanest environment in europe. Fresh water
and clear air.
° Healthy & delicious food at the campfire
° Daily yoga & meditation sessions
° Accessing outdoor skills (fire making with all
natural material, chopping wood, moving
within nature)
° 40 huskies who accompany you on this
Retreat. Guided Husky-Hikes, communication
and SOLO exercises.
° Body-& mindfulness exercises within
finnish nature
° Private preliminary online meeting (for
programme introduction and answering all
questions of yours)

🇫🇮Husky, Yoga, Finnish Sauna and pure northern wilderness.

After the last amazing Retreat in september 2024 (see impressions from the pictures), we have TWO places left for the may-awakening this year: 10.-14.05.2025 at our wilderness camp in Ivalo.

🧘‍♀️Private yoga & meditation teacher, private wilderness guide and dog-assisted adventure work. Enjoy our free-living 40 Huskies and the private atmosphere with max. 6 participants.

🧖‍♀️During your retreat you do have the whole wilderness camp exclusively just for you. Enjoy finnish traditional sauna, healthy meals cooked over the open fire and the pure arctic lake water with private lake access (without neighbors).

During the day we will start into dog-accompanied adventures.

All-inlcusive package for 990€/ person.
