Dividends and Rents - Special Defence Contribution (SDC)
1. Abolition of SDC on rental income
2. Reduction of the SDC on actual dividends (for profits earned after 2026) from 17% to 5%;
3. Abolition of the deemed-dividend distribution rule for profits earned from 1 January 2026 onward;
The Withholding Tax and Contribution Declaration (IR7) for the year 2024 and after, will be submitted through the TFA system and not through the TAXISnet system, as was the process until now.
