The mission of these branches is to meet the educational and training needs of the local people, regional industries and businesses. "Ukraine" University is a non-governmental higher educational institution. "Ukraine" University offers 36 degree courses as follows:
- Humanities (Social work, Psychology, Languages, Publishing and Editing);
- Law;
- International Relations ( International Information, International Economy);
- Medicine (Physical Rehabilitation)
- Economics and Business (Banking, Accounting and Auditing, Marketing, Management, Trade, Finance, Documentation and Information Management);
- Engineering (Everyday Electronic Equipment, Design, Environmental Engineering, Car engineering, Catering, Computer Systems and Networks, Software, Data Processing and Decision Making Systems Exploiting). The University is setting up a Rehabilitation Centre, Career Advisory, Social Welfare, Law and other centres. Facilities are being established to enable students to have real practical experience before gaining jobs after graduation.
