1️⃣ What did you do before becoming an FSC (Financial Service Consultant)?
With over a decade of industry experience,
I began my career in banking before moving into insurance, and I’m now here for a new chapter.

2️⃣ What’s one thing you discovered after making the career switch?
I’ve come to realise that this industry rewards authentic relationships, where long-term trust and meaningful connections define true success.

More importantly, a new environment can reignite inspiration and push us to grow in ways we may not have expected.

Our amazing team has qualified for the AIA Convention Marrakech 2026, and we couldn’t be prouder. While this didn’t happen overnight, it’s the hustle, the consistency, and discipline that made it all paid off. Can't wait to celebrate everyone’s achievements together. 🥳

📝 Q&A on how she made it happen!

1️⃣ What’s your biggest challenge when it comes to achieving MDRT early in the year?
My biggest challenge is staying consistent — especially in maintaining at least 5 appointments weekly and closing around 8 cases monthly. This becomes more challenging with planned breaks like a January trip, Chinese New Year in February, and my children’s school holidays in March. Balancing family commitments while staying on track requires intentional planning and discipline.

2️⃣ What’s one piece of advice you would give to those who aspire to stay ahead of the curve like you?
Break your year-end goal into clear monthly targets, and treat every month as if it’s the final month of the year.
Consistency is key — stay disciplined with your weekly and monthly activities, and the results will follow.
