Position: Site Supervisor cm Driver

We are a landscaping contractor base in Malaka with projects at Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Malaka. We are seeking responsible, proactive, and dedicated individuals Site supervisor cm driver to join our team.

Job Description

· Supervise and manage the daily operations of the site team, including monitoring work progress, quality, and safety.

· Transport workers to and from the construction site daily, ensuring punctuality and safety.

· Conduct site meetings to effectively communicate project progress and resolve on-site issues.

· Serve as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and the project team.

· Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

· Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Must hold a valid Malaysian lorry driver's license with a good driving record.

· Experience as a site supervisor, landscaping, or related field is preferred.

· Ability to work independently, effectively solve problems, and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility. · Ability to adapt to the construction site environment and have flexible working hours.

· 负责每日接送工人上下班，确保通勤安全与准时。

· 作为工地的主要联络人，与客户、供应商及团队保持良好沟通。
· 确保所有工作符合公司标准及安全规范。

任职要求

· 通晓英语及马来语，具备良好的沟通与协调能力。
· 必须持有罗里（Lori）驾驶执照，并拥有良好的驾驶记录。
· 拥有工地管理、园艺工程或相关领域经验者优先考虑。
· 具备独立处理问题和组织协调的能力，责任心强。
· 能适应工地环境及弹性工作时间。
