I promise you anything you want is on the other side of discipline and consistency.
These videos are two years apart and I’m now moving more weight with more ease. I’m in absolutely awe of what consistency and discipline can do!

The day I had to reject the guilt and accept I can’t be in two places at once.
Mum guilt doesn’t wait for a convenient moment, it showed up at 4:30am. But the morning is where I make peace with it.
Save this if you’ve ever had one of those days.

The gym saved me. Quietly. Consistently.
When life got hard, movement got me through. And somewhere between the hard days and the early mornings, I found a version of myself I’m growing to love.
Grateful I get to move. Every. Single. Day.

You can’t underestimate the value of friendships as a working mum. These ladies keep me grounded, sane and also keep my self belief at an all time high!
If this is your sign to book time off with your friends then drop a 💫 and start planning.

You asked, so let’s talk personal brand.
The opportunities, the book deal, the rooms I’ve been invited into. None of it came from my job title. It came from showing up consistently and building something that works even when I’m not.
It takes work. But it’s the kind of work that pays you back in ways you cannot plan for.

It’s been a few months since I went back to corporate life. Here’s what I learned during my career pause.
I hesitated about speaking on this because I do not have all the answers and our perspectives are often biased, but I hope in some ways this helps some feel understood or less alone.

My morning aren’t the easiest and at times they are brutal. But I find the rest of the day belongs to so many other things that have demands on my time that I try to keep the mornings as mine. So follow along for a typical day in the life AM style.

We’re so focused on getting in front of the person above us that we completely overlook the people beside us or in different rooms to us who are building influence, opening doors, and moving fast.
Your next big move can come from people in entirely different spaces!
Here are some more tips to help you
Go to events that have nothing to do with your job
Say yes to the coffee that feels random
Follow people whose work interests you even if the industry doesn’t overlap
Comment genuinely on posts outside your usual feed
Join communities built around a skill not a sector (writing, public speaking etc)
Be useful before you need something
Let your hobbies be a networking strategy
Show up consistently in spaces where different industries mix
Ask better questions when you meet someone new, not “what do you do” but “what are you working on”
